    From the past events that Crime statistics will help to predict the future crime. Among the 112 call for service to police statistics, the production bigger than other crime data in scale compared to materials. Unlike official crime tatistics, calls for service are less subject to any undue influence from police officers because they do not go through the decision-making process by officers, and are free from problems of dishonest answers.
    Nevertheless, the scope of usage of calls for service has been very limited. The current study attempts to analyze problems of calls for service as statistical data, and to suggest plans to improve them. Therefore, this study is reconstructed current 112 call for service data for empirical study that variable effect to community policing.
    This analyzed data collected through observations 112 call service of a police station in Korea. For the study, quantitative numerical data based on previous studies reporting that 112 variables were constructed to facilitate the probability of discovery. The results showed that Emotional state can affect the policemen behavior and Bad feelings urges the police action.
    This study does not include a step change in attitudes to law enforcement but If you improve the 112 call statistics to fit the empirical research, it will be a great help in crime prevention activities.
