    Many problems have appeared during the process from the industrialized society to the information society. This research was about the methods and types of the cyber-counselling service among the problems. The purpose of this research was presenting the alternatives about managing of cpber-counselling website and cyber-counselling center for teenagers, which are related with the syndromes resulted from the rapid spread and utilization of PC. The major alternatives presented. are those for the types of cyber-counselling, the classification of cyber-counselling examples, the role of cyber-counselor, the effective operation of cyber-counselling center, and the settlement of cyber-culture.
    But these alternatives are not perfect to solve the cyber-syndromes of teenagers. So It is regarded that this kind of research has to be done continuously from now on.
