힐링 프로그램의 산림치유 인자에 대한 심층적 이해 - 순천만 국가정원과 순천 자연휴양림 힐링 프로그램 참가자를 대상으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 산림치유가 치유프로그램 참가자의 참가동기로는 잘 알려져 있지만 인간의 치유 프로그램 활동의 향에 대한 연구가 적절하게 이루지지 않은 실정이다. 더욱이, 현재 치유프로그램 상품이 많이 개발되고 있지만 치유 프로그램 참여의 향에 대한 연구는 아직 거의 수행되지 않았다. 이 연구의 목적은 치유 프로그램 활동의 기여 요인을 탐색적 인 방법으로 조사 연구하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 분석한 ‘숲 속 노인원’ 치유프로그램은 순천만국가정원과 순천자연휴양림에서 자연치유프로그램을 장려하기 위하여 개발된 치유프로그램이다. 60명의 프로그램의 참가자가 응답 했는데, 치유의 각 역에서 프로그 램 활동이 여러 치유 항목에 기여했다는 결과를 보여주었다. 정서적(심리적), 신체적(물 리적), 개인적(사회적) 관계에서 치유에 기여하는 요소들이 차별화되어 나타났다. 순천만국가정원과 순천자연휴양림에서 산림치유 프로그램의 구체적인 치유 기여 요 소의 내용을 참가자의 개방형 질문을 통해 분석하다. 산림치유에 대한 치유 프로그램 기여분야에서의 이론 검증에 대한 시사점이 제시되었고 치유 프로그램 상품 개발에 대한 실제 함축된 의미가 제안되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, forest healing has been well-known as being related to the participant’s motivation within a healing program. However, the influence of program activity on human healing has not been as properly researched as it could have been. Even though the healing program products are increasingly showcased, testing of their effects toward the healing of participants is lacking. The purpose of this study is to explore factors that contribute to the healing program activity. The healing program ‘Forest elderly-garten’, Suncheon Bay National Garden and Suncheon Nature Forest Healing Program (developed for promoting a natural healing program in Suncheon) were analyzed for this study. Sixty participants in the program responded. The result showed that there are several items contributing to program activity in each domain of healing: emotional (psychological), physical, and personal (social) relations. The specific contributing healing factors of Suncheon Bay National Garden and Suncheon Nature Forest Healing Program was also content analyzed by participants with open-ended questions. Implications for theory verification in the field of forest healing was indicated and practical ideas for forest healing program products’ development were suggested.
