芍藥甘草湯의 성분에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

작약감초탕은 상한론에 ''傷寒脈浮 自汗出 小便數 心煩 微惡寒 脚攣急 反與桂枝湯 欲攻其表 此誤也. 得之便厥 咽中乾 煩躁吐逆者 作甘草乾薑湯與之 以復其陽. 若厥愈 足溫者 更作芍藥甘草湯與之 其脚卽伸.'로 기재된 이후로 脚攣急 및 복근이 拘攣된 복통에 널리 쓰이고 있으며, 최근에는 각종 급성복통, 요통, 근육통 등 골격근경련 뿐 아니라 기관지천식, 담석동통 발작시, 소화관경련 평활근의 경련 등에 널리 쓰이고 있는 처방이다.
이와 같이 다양한 효능이 있는 작약감초탕의 구성은 백작약과 감초 두 가지 약물로 되어 있어, 본 연구에서는 단독 약재의 추출물과 혼합 약물추출물 간의 성분을 분석, 비교하고자 하였다.
작약감초탕을 구성하는 백작약 추출액, 감초 추출액, 작약감초탕 추출액으로 LC/MS를 이용한 성분분석 결과 백작약과 감초 혼합추출액의 peak 패턴은 백작약 추출액, 감초 추출액에서 일부 다른 양상을 보였으며, 특히 백작약 및 감초 단독추출액에서는 나타나지 않던 peak가 나타나 새로운 물질이 생성되는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다.
이상의 결과에서 한방처방의 약물 배오의 의미와 혼합추출액에서 나타난 새로운 물질에 대한 연구와 이에 대한 효능을 검색함으로써 한의학 이론을 뒷받침할 수 있는 전기를 마련할 것으로 생각된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

We used the components of Jakyakgamchotang; extracts of Paeoniae radix, Glycyrrhizae radix and mixtures of both extracts to measure the cellular toxicity through componential analysis and cell culture using LC/MS. We came to these following conclusions.
Through componential analysis using LC/MS with extracts of Paeoniae radix, Glycyrrhizae radix and mixtures of both extracts, we found out that peak pattern of mixed extracts showed partial difference between extracts of Paeoniae radix and Glycyrrhizae radix alone. Having seen that mixed extract had another peak which we couldn't find in single extracts, we observed the formation of new molecular substance.
With these results we obtained from research of new substances from mixed extracts, we think that we will be able to establish a turning point in supporting Oriental Medical theories.
