A Society where we are living now is the third wave information society Alvin Toffler says. Especially internet part using computer is being reformed over and over as much as saying the third revolution of telecommunication technology. Information of the most powerful media computer inside turning out to the global network, we are recognizing that it is holding many part of our communication style. Maybe Web(World Wide Web) is its representative example. Over 90% of the web being made as a visual information it feels strong seeing information rather than reading. In the Web like that a graphic image role is being increased as a medium for communication. It can be that by the effect of easy to see magnificent a graphic image huge information`s sea does close relation with our life. In the internet important things of a visual part is that a stimulus and knowledgment of human holding sensitivity are being accomplished 99% which internet has information is a visual information. Especially for digital information accomplishes efficient communication between human and computer it faces to the problem how express information`s content. If users understand a way which watch and translate a visual information, in doing work which contribute a meaning to Web design`s pattern and content, it will elevate probability success. Thus this treatise is not unconditional arrangement of information`s factor but research all expression way under objectivity going to present a concept and direction.
