임상실습 경험 간호대학생의 정보활용능력과 개인정보보호에 대한 인식 연구 = A Study on the Perception of Information Literacy and Personal Information Protection of Nursing Students with Clinical Practice Experience

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생들의 정보활용능력과 개인정보보호에 대한 인식의 관계를 확인하는데 있다. 2019년 12월 2일부터 13일까지 자료를 수집하였고, 총 148명의 간호대학생이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 정보활용능력과 개인정보보호에 대한 인식은 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 측정하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 정보활용능력은 나이, 개인정보보호 교육 유무, 개인정보보호법에 대한 지식 정도, 정보전산화 발전 시 개인정보보호 정도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 개인정보보호에 대한 인식은 개인정보보호법에 대한 지식 정도, 의료정보 노출 시 프라이버시 침해정도, 정보전산화 발전 시 개인정보보호 정도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 정보활용능력과 개인정보보호에 대한 인식은 하위 영역을 포함하여 모두 정적 상관관계를 보였다(r=.36, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생을 대상으로 개인정보보호에 대한 교육을 실시할 때 정보활용능력에 대한 내용을 포함한 프로그램 개발과 중재 방안이 도입되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between the information literacy and the perception of personal information protection of nursing college students who have experienced clinical practice. Data were collected from December 2 to 13, 2019, and a total of 148 nursing students participated in this study. The perception of information utilization ability and personal information protection was measured using a structured questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS / WIN 25.0.Data were collected from December 2 to 13, 2019, and a total of 148 people Nursing students participated in this study. As a result of the study, the ability to use information differed significantly according to the age, the existence of personal information protection education, the degree of knowledge of the personal information protection law, and the degree of personal information protection in the development of computerization. There were significant differences according to the degree of knowledge, the degree of privacy infringement when exposing medical information, and the degree of personal information protection in the development of information computerization. Information literacy and perception of personal information protection were all positively correlated, including sub-domains(r=.36, p<.001). Therefore, when providing education on the protection of personal information to nursing college students, a program development and intervention plan should be introduced, including information on the ability to use information.
