This paper was to analyse the conditions of Good Teaching based on the previous studies and the cognition of teachers and pre-teachers. To achieve the goal of this study, we analysed the studies concerning components, cognition, strategy, traits of Good Teaching and compared with the cognition of teachers and pre-teachers. Also we analysed the contents of the survey from them and recomposed and categorized. Then made up the common essential requisites for Good Teaching. Regarding the improvement of the Classroom Teaching, Instruction Design, Instructional Consulting and Instruction assessment, this paper suggested 5 requisites as conditions of Good Teaching. These are made up of Good Design, Good Telling, Good Showing, Good Involving, Good Understanding.
