부모의 심리적 자세 변화를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용 -TA이론을 중심으로- = The Devolpment and Application of psychological Life Position Change Program for Undergraduate

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop and applicate Psychological Life Position Change Program for Undergraduate. First, developed Life Position Change program and put in practice it to college students during the term. And verified the effects of the program by applying to the students.
thus, results indicated that the program developed in this study was efficient to improve positively ‘Psychological Life Position to himself’ and ‘Psychological Life Position to others’.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생에게 적용하기 위한 심리적 자세 변화 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하려는 것이다. 개발된 프로그램을 교양심리학 교과목 시간에 7주간 매주 2시간씩 적용하였고,「심리적 자세」검사도구를 사용하여 실험집단과 비교집단의 변화점수 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과 실험집단이 비교집단에 비하여 ‘자신에 대한 심리적 자세’와 ‘타인에 대한 심리적 자세’의 점수가 더 크게 증가하였고, 이 차이는 통계적으로 의의 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 심리적 자세 변화를 위한 프로그램은 대학생의 심리적 자세를 긍정적으로 변화시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
