Sketching a new politics of transversality this paper aims to reconfigure the modern identity of nationstates and the traditional geopolitics with the issues of global social world and world democracy. The project of sketching the social world and the geopolitics of the global village problematizes politics of transversality. Revising the selfreflecting subjectcentered epistemology or ontology into a dialogic transactions of the phenomenology this paper also aims to revise the placecenterd materialism of the traditional geopolitics into a coefficient of transversality. The topology of social world finds a new space within the dynamics of institutional and discursive practices that is no longer bound by the selfenclosed sovereign territory or terrestrial finitude of biophysical geography. Recently, the new possible space of social world is found within the concrete but transcendental sociopolitical practices of the global citizenry and the world democracy. Accordingly, the topos of the social world reconfigures the materially finite place into a space of noplace( outopos), which transcends limits of sovereign territory or material finitude of a regional place. The shift to the geopolitics of the global social world thus finds an obligation to transversalize modern thoughts and actions in the research method and content of traditional geopolitics.
