Abstract: This study aimed to improve the efficiency of related follow-up studies through a literature study on “Tai-Ping-Guang-Ji-Xiang-Jie” (太平廣記詳節) (1462), published during the Joseon Dynasty, which is evaluated as important data in domestic and international academia. This study method was based on literature analysis. New literature was introduced and compared with other existing editions. As a result, first, Volume 9 to 11 were judged to have been published relatively early because it maintained a better printing condition than the Oksan Seowon’s collection and the Korea University collection. Second, some of Volume 12 and 13 are the only existing editions. Third, as a result of comparison with the list of Chungnam National University’s collection, it was confirmed that the list of Volume 12 and the name of the work were partially different. Volumes 9 to 13 of the Joseon edition of “Tai-Ping-Guang-Ji-Xiang-Jie” are meaningful data that can fill the gaps in Volume 12 and 13 that are not handed down and make up for the deficiencies of Volume 9 to 11. In the future, it is expected that it will organize the genealogy of the editions of “Tai-Ping-Guang-Ji-Xiang-Jie” and contribute to the activation of related research.
