AAC중재 사회서비스 모델 개발을 위한 델파이 조사연구 = The Dephi Study for Developing Korean AAC Intervention Social Service Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내 AAC 서비스 지원체계 수립이 시급한 상황에서 정책 마련에 고려 할 요소들과 AAC 중재 사회서비스 지원 모델의 구축 방안을 탐색하기 위해 관련분야 전문가 대상의 델파이조사를 중심으로 수행되었다. 조사 결과 AAC 중재 사회서비스는 공공 또는 공공과 민간의 혼합적 참여가 필요하다고 나타났으며, 비영리 공급자가 선호되었다. 서비스 과정에서는 AAC 활용 요구사항이나 사용자 기능평가, 사용자 및 관계자 교육과 훈련, 적합프로그램의 판단이 가장 중요시되었다. 서비스 제공에는 다영역 전문가들이 과정별로 역할을 배분하여 함께 참여할 것을 원했다. 종합적으로 전문 서비스 프로그램의 개발 및 인력의 양성이 가장 시급하고 높은 효과가 있을 것으로 기대됐다. 공공 및 비영리단체에서 서비스를 제공하는 것에 대한 선호는 예산 효율성과 경제적 부담 경감에 대한 희망이 반영되었고, 서비스 과정 중요도 우선순위는 개별화된 접근과 전문 서비스 모델개발 요구가 반영된 것으로 해석될 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In Korea, there is increasing needs for AAC service system recently. The purpose of this research was to explore the important factors to consider in policy development of Korean AAC intervention social service support model and policy. The study reviewed existing literature on the AAC needs and service system in Korea and other countries such as Canada, U.S.A., and England. Then, based on the results of the literature review, the study developed questions for further study, and conducted Delphi survey with 30 respondents. The result of the literature review showed that Korea lacked AAC service delivery system and related research, compared to the other foreign countries which developed their own AAC service delivery system supported mainly by the government. Delphi survey results revealed that Korean professionals, parents and people with disabilities preferred government-supported AAC service. AAC assessment and interdisciplinary intervention, determining appropriate AAC device and program were rated highly important. Personnel preparation was another urgent issue for AAC service. Preference for public and non-profit providers may be interpreted as the participants’ consideration on budget and economic issues. And the most important factors were to develop professional service model and individualized services. For developing Korean AAC intervention social service model future research was needed for establishment of actual AAC service delivery systems and to educate and train the professionals for AAC, and for more clear understanding of AAC-related field.
