In America and Korea et. al, after the accidents of accounting uncertainty, about managers’ immorality nature it has moved powerful restraint methods. So the intensification of business’s transparency for operating efforts, is centering round practicing management to consider importantly stakeholders. In this case, accountability and trust are the very critical point. Still Korea does not to research concretely about corporate accountability under such trust conceptual framework, but it is the purpose to study deeply on the unbalance between stakeholders and organizations through researching and developing the concepts of accountability and trust. For delivering the purpose of this research, as the ground on the social responsibility and the role of organization, it is to derive generally about corporate accountability and trust of business activity. Concretely in methods of the social performance theory on organization, with having two paradigm both trust and distrust, it is to analyze in ground of preceding researches about corporate accountability and trust to stakeholders.
The result of this paper is that there shall understand the relationship of trust based on the most soft accountability formed in relation with business’s managing action. That is, the aforementioned contents mean that accountability is reliable for business’s activity, because no changes have in situation of mandating only some authority without substantial changes on organizational control system, also it is to make the responsibility of a mild formation in relation between businesses and stakeholders. In other words, it is for this researcher to conclude that soft corporate accountability can do a role to maintain the confidential relation as keeping the justice in procedure about the stakeholders with using pertinently the fair process of managing action. Therefore it is necessary to monitor managing organization is having some objectives and visions, doing some works, moreover if it use correctly the means on trust between investor and organization, so there shall be feel their way as new alternatives under situation balancing equally.
