    This study aims to examine the validity of its business of the employment support programs to encourage motivation of job seekers and help them improve their job-seeking skills in order to prevent long-term unemployment, support decision-making of the employment by using the benefit-cost analysis. Using the human capital approach by means of The quantification method of the costs and benefits in the benefit-cost analysis. And using the net benefit, benefit cost ratio, it were to examine the validity of business. Applying social discount rate, effect of program, continually term of service a little differently, it were to conduct the sensitivity analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, net benefit cost ratio of achievement program was bigger than 0, which certified the validity of the business. Second, results of sensitivity analysis of achievement program, benefit cost ratio of programs were bigger than 1, which certified the validity of the business. Third, as a result of the benefit-cost analysis, it can be concluded that employment support programs provide significant benefits to society at a low cost. Thus, If necessary to revise of the program, it must be revise the program.
