반항성 장애 유아의 모-자 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 적대적이고 반항적인 문제행동을 보이는 만 5세 유아와 그 어머니를 대상으로 모-자 미술치료를 실시하여, 유아의 정서ㆍ행동문제와 어머니의 양육태도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보았다. 사전?사후에 아동인성검사와 어머니의 양육태도검사를 실시하고, 회기별 과정기록과 행동관찰을 한 결과 모-자 미술치료가 반항성 장애 유아의 정서ㆍ행동문제에 효과가 있으며, 또한 어머니의 양육태도도 적절하게 변화되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.
이러한 결과들은 반항성 장애 유아의 정서?행동상의 문제를 해결하는데 어머니와 함께 실시한 미술치료의 효과성에 대한 실증적 자료를 제공해 준다. 더불어 모-자 미술치료 프로그램이 어머니의 내면을 표현하고 작품의 상징적 의미에 대해 의사소통함으로써 자녀에 대한 이해 및 양육태도의 변화를 가져오는 데 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다고 볼 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is to show how the Art-Therapies effects on children who has offensiveness, emotion and behavior problem and their mother’s attitude of raising kids.
It has been surveyed by mother of a child, age of 5 who is showing the offensive and disobedient behavior and her child. The total number of session was 12 and program has been laid out as follow; Art Therapy taken with Mother and child (9), child counseling (1) and mother counseling (2). Each survey has been taken duration of 60minuets, one a week from February 2005 till May 2005.
As research tools, personality Inventory for children, parent attitude test and kid’s disobedient behavior has been tested before and after the therapies.
The research analysis written based on; comparing the score of testes (personality Inventory for children, parent attitude test) before and after the therapy, child’s disobedient behavior analysis for each session and their behavior observation.
Conclusion of this research is as follow;
Firstly, mother and son’s art therapy does effect on child’s emotion and offensive and disobedient behavior. Secondly, disobedient child’s mother made adequate change after the therapy. These results gives the essential furnish data and effectiveness of how mother and son’s art therapy unravel the relationship and child’s emotion and offensive and disobedient behavior. Also by communicating through the symbolic meaning of art work helps not only expressing mother’s introspection, but it also facilitate and brings the positive effect on attitude for raising their kids.
