공사계약기간의 연장에 따른 연장비용산출의 개선방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Improved Estimation of Prolongation Costs Caused by the Extension of Construction Period

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to propose a improved method of prolongation cost estimation and improved scheme of related laws and regulations. Research methods include the theoretical analysis of laws and regulations and case studies : practical data were collected from on-going 361 projects. The results of this study are as follows;
(1) Prolongation costs should be estimated in the concept of the loss of expected benefits. (2) The estimation of overheads and profits should be made by contractors' self-decision, not by the government regulation. Also, the estimation method of them should be separated according to the initial construction period and extended one.
