파트리스 라콩브의 땅에 대한 이데올로기 = 『아버지의 땅』을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to examine the ideology of Patrice Lacombe on the ancestor’s lands, based on his La terre paternelle(1846), the first novel of a genre called ‘peasant novel’ in Quebec literature.
It is that the to one who leaves his ancerstor’s lands is promised the poverty and misery, while to another one who remains to cultivate it is promised the felicity. But besides this ideology the author sends out an another ideology: to the French Canadians who leave their ancestor’s lands makes them deprived of their tradition and identity which unite them, finally deprived of even their ‘fatherland’; on the other hand to protect them in remaining there is the guarantee of the conservation of their identity and the protection of their fatherland. It is to say, ensuring the conservation of the collective security, the common destiny and the identity of the French canadians community is to remain to cultivate the lands inherited from their ancestors.
The author succeed in ending out his ideology on the lands; his ideology continues in influencing on the conservation of their identity and the protection of their fatherland, up to the ‘tranquil revolution’ in Quebec in the 1960’s.
