In our country we have used the land as a means of life since the Agricultural Age. The land is also an important index of life now. As the times is changed, the range of using land is diverse and the legal problems of this are various. Now our land law system consists of the various concepts. Also there are many problems of an indiscreet legislation policy. All of things are very important in the land law system. Therefore it is necessary that the new land law system to be suitable for the present is established. It is no doubt that the law have been featured to deal with the aftermath of a dispute. The closer the relation between law and society is, the more alternative the law is. It is a lawmaker`s duty to find the problems and reorganize it. But there are many problems in the law. So it is no wonder that the law should be evaluated, enacted and revised continually. Although it is considered of recovering economy for the public, there are many problems with the law evaluated one by one. A legislator should change the attitude to judge the value of law by the quantity of it and make a law substantial. In this page the legislation for the systematization of land law system with the law integrated, analyzed and evaluated is presented. And now the land law system for the public`s life would be established.
