노인요양시설에 대한 기부자의 신뢰가 기부에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 = 관계 몰입의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 노인요양시설에 대한 기부행위자 집단을 대상으로 기관에 대한 신뢰, 관계 몰입, 기부에 대한 태도 사이의 인과관계를 검증하고, 특히 관계 몰입이 기관에 대한 신뢰와 기부에 대한 태도 사이에서 매개변수로 작용하고 있는지 검증하는 데 있다. G광역시의 노인요양시설에 금전 기부를 하고 있는 기부행위자 집단으로부터 수집된 설문지 378부를 대상으로 매개효과 검증을 위한 위계적 회귀분석과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기관에 대한 신뢰는 기부에 대한 태도에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 기관에 대한 신뢰는 관계 몰입에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 관계 몰입은 기부에 대한 태도에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 관계 몰입은 기관에 대한 신뢰와 기부에 대한 태도 사이에서 매개변수로 기능한다. 끝으로, 이와 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로 기부문화 확산에 기여할 수 있는 이론적ㆍ실천적 함의를 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study aims to examine the causal relationships between donor trust, relationship commitment, and attitudes toward giving behavior among the donors donating to nursing homes for older people in G Metropolitan City. A total of 378 questionnaires were used in the statistical analyses. The results of the study are as follows. First, donor trust could have positive effect over attitudes toward giving behavior. Second, donor trust could have positive effect over relationship commitment. Third, relationship commitment could be a mediating variable between donor trust and attitudes toward giving behavior. Finally, theoretical and practical implications were discussed in terms of enhancing attitudes toward giving behavior.
