산업사회 청소년복지의 패러다임 변화에 관한 연구 : 독일 기독교사회봉사국 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 산업사회구조변화와 이에 따른 청소년 문제 중 하나인, 거리의 아이들’(가출청소년)을 중심으로 탐구해보고, 문제현상에 대한 심도 있는 분석을 위해서 가출청소년의 형성되기 위한 이론적 배경탐색을 산업화 진행과정속의 청소년의 변화를 깊이 있게 살펴봄으로 현상에 대해 접근하고, 이에 대응하는 청소년복지 패러다임의 변화와 실천방법과 법, 정책들을 분석하며, 특히 독일의 민간복지단체인 기독교사회봉사국의 청소년복지서비스 프로젝트를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 독일의 모델들을 중심으로 청소년 문제해결을 위한 청소년복지의 실천전략들을 탐구해 보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this initial exploration is to identify relationships among theoretical perspective and paradigm shift in the industrial society for runaway youths population in community agencies. Many runaway youth have multiple overlapping problems including physical, psychological, and emotional problems. This paper examines major policy, practice, and law issues. In addition to describing the major challenges facing the runaway youths field, the study examines and analyzes on Diakonisches Werk, voluntary organization, of protestant churches within the Evangelical Church in Germany. Moreover, the paper highlights some of the service innovations that have been developed, as these could be used to help address some of these challenges. In addition to serving those already runaway youths, interventions are needed to prevent runaway among at-risk youth.
