보완·대체 의사소통 조기 중재의 가능성 탐색과 중재 시 고려 사항에 관한 고찰 = A Study on the Possibility and Practice of Augmentative and Alternative Communication Early Intervention

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to discuss on several myths and issues in Augmentative and Alternative Communication(AAC) early intervention through review of several researches. The conclusions drawn from this study were as follows:
First, it is never too early to introduce AAC into language and communication intervention for the young children with high possibility of communication disorder.
Second, four components have effect interactively in the language acquisition process of AAC use child. The four components are the nature of the AAC system, the linguistic knowledge and abilities of child, the role of the partner, and the nature of the communicative task and the instructional approaches employed.
Third, it is need to develop of intervention strategies for accepting multi-mode and facilitating the language acquisition process of AAC use children.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국내에서 보완·대체 의사소통에 대한 적용과 연구가 이루어진지 근 20여년이 지났음에도 불구하고 장애 유아의 조기 중재에 보완·대체 의사소통을 적용하는 것은 여전히 활발하지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 보완·대체 의사소통 조기중재에 대한 여러 문헌의 고찰을 통하여 먼저 이러한 장애 유아에 대한 보완·대체 의사소통 조기 중재의 가능성을 탐색해보았다. 다음으로 보완·대체 의사소통 조기중재의 실제와 관련하여 보완·대체 의사소통을 사용하는 장애 유아의 언어습득 과정에 관련된 요인과 보완·대체 의사소통 조기 중재시 고려 사항에 대하여 고찰하였다.
