      The purpose of this study is to predict the future changes in society and the environmental changes of university education that will be brought about by the 5th Iudustrial Revolution, which is gaining attention in the media, industry, and media It will also build programs to learn the concepts of the Internet of Things(IoT), robots, and smart mobiles and explore related fields. It also offers courses such as Design My Life and Design My Profession t.o provide job search opportunities for students who are dreaming of the 4th Industrial Revolution. We will prepare for the curriculum according to the university student growth process and connect the leading university education know-how to in-service education to promote the development of lifelong education system in the new industry. Therefore, the source of supplying talents to society by reflecting future changes can be seen as the leadership education of universities. In the age of digital transformation, it is expected that major changes will be made to universities in the future. In the future, leadership training at universities should lead the fourth industrial revolution leadership to predict and lead artificial intelligence (AI), big data, autonomous vehicles, and even reverse propulsion rockets that will lead the journey to Mars. In particular, in the era of smart cities, which will be in full swing from 2025, the development of a hands-on learning system that combines virtual reality and augmented reality, rather than the existing offline school system, will allow the adoption of digital sets such as Kosera and Judah City. Education will become universal. Therefore, it is necessary to review the direction of the leadership education that the university is currently conducting, examine the leadership education that has been conducted before, identify problems, and make new decision-making leadership skills suitable for the 5th Industrial Revolution Digital Transformation developed from the 4th Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to present strategic direction of leadership education that can develop information convergence ability and ability to identify new trends.
