This study assumed that such concerns and expectations would have huge influence on police officers and organizational commitment The survey analysis results were as follows. The expectation on security service improvement had significant influence on affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment Also, expectation on work environment improvement had significant influence only on normative commitment On the other hand, expectation on integrity improvement related to relationship with local force had no significant influence. Thus, it is necessary to consider about certain and practical service area and to suggest measures for work environment improvement before implementing the autonomous police system.
