豚의 發精週期와 體溫變動에 關한 調査 = Investigation on the Change of the Body Temperature in Estrus Cycle of Swine

국문 초록 (Abstract)

本 調査는 豚의 發期週期와 體溫 變動을 究明하기 爲하여 Berkshire 雌豚 15頭의 體溫을 午前 6時에 1968. 3. 2, 1968. 5. 15와 1968. 8. 20∼1968. 9. 30 間을 測定하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.
1) 發精期間 中 發精初期에는 正常體溫보다 약 0.2℃ 낮으나 體溫의 變動이 크고,
2) 發精 中에는 正常體溫 보다 약 0.1℃ 낮았고,
3) 發精後期에는 약 0.3℃로 가장낮았다.

This investigation was attempted to study the change of the body temperature in estrus cycle.
The animals used in this study were 15 sows of Berkshire. The body temperature was determined at 6 a.m. on March 2nd, 1968-May 15th and August 20th, 1968-September 30th.
The result was as follows:
1. The body temperature was about decreased in duration of estrus.
2. In the proestrus, the body temperature was lower to 0.2℃ than normal temperature and it's value of the change was large.
3. In the midestrus, the body temperature was lower to 0.1℃ than normal temperature
4. In the postestrus, the body temperature was lowest to 0.3℃ than normal temperature
