The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of the moral behavior demanding situation on relationships between the level of moral judgement maturity and bullying behavior. 560 elementary students were answered the Novaco's Anger Scale. 60 students among the above 30% group higher in Novaco Anger Scale score were divided into the experimental or control group matched on their Moral Judgement Maturity Scale score. Experimental group was exposed to the video tapes which were composed of stimulating moral behaviors for two consecutive days, whereas control group was not. After the intervention, participants were answered on the intention of the bullying and discriminating behavior. The moderating effect of moral behavior demanding situation on the relationship between the level of moral judgement maturity and bullying behavior was significant. The group of higher level in moral judgement maturity showed less in intention of bullying and discriminating behavior after seen the moral demanding video than the lower level of moral judgement maturity group. Results of the study were discussed in relation to previous studies and application in elementary school students' guidance.
