델파이 기법을 활용한 교회학교교사 준사역자 교육과정 설계와 운영 = Design and Operation of a Curriculum for Church Ministry Teachers Using the Delphi Research Method

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 교회학교 교사 준사역자 교육과정을 설계하고 운영방법을 제시하는 것이다. 한국교회는 학령인구 감소와 기독교에 대한 부정적 인식의 확산 등으로 인해 교회학교가 감소하고 있다. 더욱이 교회학교를 섬길 사역자 수급이 원활하지 않아 규모가 작은 교회나 지방의 교회들은 교육사역자를 채용하기 어려운 현실에 처해 있다. 이와 같은 현실에서 교회학교 교사 준사역자 과정을 신설하여 교회학교를 섬길 수 있는 인력을 양성해야 할 필요성이 강력히 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 교회교육 사역자 20명을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 활용하여 교회학교 교사 준사역자 과정을 위한 교육과목을 선정하였다. 델파이 연구결과 총 14과목이 선정되었으며 기독교교육과 교수 4인의 타당화 작업을 통해 성경관련 2과목이 추가되어 최종적으로 16과목이 선정되었다. 선정된 교과목을 배치하여 2년 4학기로 운영되는 교육과정을 제안하였다. 연령에 따른 교육부서 교과목 편성시 조직신학, 설교학, 예배학, 성경해석학 등의 내용을 포함하여 교육과정을 설계할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 운영방식과 관련하여 비학위 과정으로 운영하되 온.오프라인을 균형있게 활용하는 하이브리드 방식의 운영방법을 제안하였다. 한편 교육과정 운영시 성취도를 평가하는 방법과 교육과정 수료자 관리에 대한 사항도 제안하였다. 후속연구를 위하여 교회학교 교사를 대상으로 하는 델파이 연구를 제안하였고 교회학교 교사 준사역자 과정을 실제로 운영해 본 후에 그 효과성을 검증하는 연구도 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to design a curriculum for church ministry teachers and suggest operation methods. In the Korean church, the number of church schools is decreasing due to a decrease in the school-age population and the spread of negative perceptions about Christianity. Moreover, due to the lack of supply and demand for ministers to serve church Sunday schools, small churches and local churches are having difficulty recruiting educational pastors. In this reality, there is a strong need to establish a new curriculum for church ministry teachers to train personnel who can serve church Sunday schools. This study used the Delphi research method targeting 20 church education ministers to select educational training subjects for church ministry teachers. As a result of the Delphi study, a total of 14 subjects were selected, and through validation work by four professors in the Department of Christian Education, two Bible-related subjects were added, resulting in a final selection of 16 subjects. A curriculum run over two years and four semesters was proposed by arranging the selected subjects. When organizing subjects according to age-based education departments, it was proposed that the curriculum be designed to include systematic theology, homiletics, liturgy, and biblical hermeneutics. In addition, regarding the operation method, a hybrid method was proposed that operates as a non-degree course but utilizes online and offline in a balanced manner. Meanwhile, methods for evaluating achievement and management for graduates were also proposed. For follow-up research, a Delphi study targeting church ministry teachers was proposed, and a study to verify the effectiveness of the education course for church ministry teachers was also proposed.
