    The Allies won World War Ⅱ by a close shave against A. Hitler, denounced him as a lunatic, and regarded him as a mad politician fallen into a paranoia. Even today, such inclination is prevalent. And then, was Drittes Reich an outcome of his paranoia? Was his policy mere a house of cards? For what reason, did tens of millions of German People fall into a scene of wild excitement for his rise and fal1 bursted like a bubble? To solve such questions, this thesis aims at reevaluating the devaluation for him, and then searching for his own physical activity policy and its meaning. The results are as follows.
    Firstly, he unfolded the physical activity politic of imperialism to construct Drittes Reich.
    Secondly, he led a physical education of equality of people under the basis of militarism.
    Thirdly, he held the best Olympic Games(Berlin Olympic Games)in the history of the Olympic Games with the German supremacy, that is, a physical activity policy of ultranationalism. It can be said that his physical activity policy was for construction of German national country, and it is a kind of chauvinism under the basis of racism.
