자치구의 미래비전 설정을 위한 주민설문분석: 부산광역시 해운대구를 중심으로 = A Questionary Analysis of Residents for Establishing Future Vision of the Local Government: Haeundae District in Busan Metro Politan City Case

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 해운대구를 사례로 미래발전방향을 제시하기 위하여 주민설문조사를 시하였다. 분석결과 지난 10년간 해운대구의 도시발전전략은 대체로 지역주민의 지를 받고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 과정에서 구청장의 역할이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 문화 문화·예술 시설이 해운대를 발전시키는 새로운 원동력이 되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 발전 방향으로는 환경가치가 중시되는 생태도시를 지향하되 문화·예술산업이 전략산업으로 되어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 덧붙여 자연환경을 훼손할 가능성이 높은 개발 및 건설 사업은 신중을 기할 필요가 있음을 암시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to propose long-term local government development vision of Haeundae District in Busan Metropolitan City. For the study, a questionnaire analysis of the residents was performed. Strategies and performance of the existing development plan were positively accepted for the most part by the residents. In the process of the plan execution, roles of Haeundae District mayor were also accepted positively. And facilities of culture and arts in Haeundae District appeared as new driving forces of the district developments. Directions of the district developments were suggested to pursue an ecological city in which environmental value was considered important. Additionally, the need for cautiously trying new programs were suggested to prevent development projects that might bring environmental destruction.
