공립유치원 종일반 운영의 개선방안에 대한 교사의 인식차이 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The full-day program in the public kindergartens has steadily increased in recent years but also has many different problems in it.
Accordingly the purpose of the study is to find any right direction in the operation system of the full- day program in the public kindergarten through investigating the teacher`s perception and demands on the operation of the full-day program in the public kindergarten and showing the preliminary data on improvement plans for it.
To solve the purpose of this study, we selected 161 teachers who work in the public kindergarten located in Jeollabuk-do. This study used the questionnaires in Yun kyung-suk`s study(2006) modified and supplemented on the basis of previous studies and relevant literature on the operation of all-day program.
The data were inputted into the SPSS statistical program and each
itemized list was calculated. Cross analysis was also implemented in
accordance with the subjects. The results of this study were as follows.

First, this study investigated teacher`s recognition on the overall problems. It found that most teachers see the necessity of helping the working women`s child-rearing and the class needs to consist of same aged children and the assistant teacher is the most necessary one in full-day class management.
Second, the survey shows that personal and operating expenses should be borne by the ministry, although snacks and lunch costs during operational hours would be the sole responsibility of parents.
Third, considering the fact that education of parents not only improves education of their children but is essential to the connection between families and kindergartens, active and efficient education programs for parents which can be conducted with consideration of parents' busyness are strongly requested.
Fourth, to complement for operating of the whole day , assistance teacher was got ready to solve the problem.
To guarantee infant's healthy and infant's safe living, the whole day class of teacher was given training of opportunity. And variety of program must be developed for solving the problem.
