해양스포츠 전문가 양성을 위한 인적 인프라 구축방안

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The importance of practical marine use is increasing in the political, economical, cultural, and sports areas day by day in the 21st marine century. Especially the cultivation of marine related industry is promoted by core area by the governmental level. Accordingly, it is urgently needed the construction of human network concerning the professional marine affairs. One of the major reasons for the poor job marketing situation of the sport related department graduates are the slow preparation for the future times compare to other academic fields. The research methods for this study were literature and field visiting survey. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to make the marine sports related department in the university. And it is urgently needed to rebuild the overall curricula such as design for marine sport, shipbuilding for marine sport, facility management for marine sport, marketing for marine sport, tourism and mass media for marine sport, practice for marine sport. Second, it is necessary to change the closed or consolidated colleges into the professional marine sports colleges, Third, it is necessary to make the public marine sports academy which is operated by the governmental level. Fourth, it is necessary to cultivate the marine leisure sports experts through the activation of the marine sports clubs.
