스포츠 경쟁에 있어서 선수의 규칙위반 행위와 도덕적 책임에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Sports are acts of comparing the ability of the contestants and rule violation performance that stop the game in the middle occurs constantly. These kinds of foul plays are not to be considered as the same as violations of the law in real life and therefore must be punished according to the appropriate sports regulations. One may think that unlawful act in sports can very well be punished just the same way as unlawful act in everyday life but applying that idea directly to sports does pose a problem. The reason is that ule violation performance in sports can sometimes be seen as the actual ability of the athlete. Therefore a thorough philosophical scrutiny to refute this claim should be requested. The purpose of this paper is to differentiate the definition of superiority and foul play of the athlete in sports and theoretically examine the patterns involved. After an exhaustive discussion on this matter, I have obtained the following three results. First, the types of rule violation performance in sports are divided into intentional and unintentional. Second, intentional and unintentional of rule violation performance decide a penal weight.
