신구대학 농업계 학과 계열화 및 세부전공제 운영 방안 연구 = Directions for Sequencing and Operating the Specific Majors in Shingu College Agricultural Departments

The purpose of this study was to develop and operate the model of sequencing and operating the specific majors in agricultural departments. This study was carried out through reviewing available literature, analyzing the educational situation, and asking opinions from a panel of experts. Based on the results of these methods, the model of sequencing and operating the specific major in community college was developed. The major findings of this study were 1) Five preconditions should be satisfied to successfully introduce and operate the system of sequencing and operating the specific majors, 2) The models to be able to satisfy the five preconditions, the integrated sequencing model I, II, III and the separated sequencing model, were developed. The model I was composed of 1 sequence, 4 specific majors, the model II was composed of 1 sequence, 2 specific majors, 7 courses and the model III was composed of 2 sequences, 6 specific majors, 1 department. The separated sequencing model meant that the educational system was separated from administrative system, 3) The detail plans for operating the system of sequencing and operating the specific majors in agricultural departments were presented.
