고급 한국어 말하기 학습용 앱의 내적 구성 방안 제안 -학습자 요구 분석을 중심으로- = Suggestion for Internal Composition of Advanced Korean Speech Learning App -Focusing on Analysis of Learner Needs-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고급 한국어 말하기 학습용 앱에 관한 학습자 인식을 조사하여 고급 한국어 말하기 학습용 앱의 내적 구성 방안을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국어 학습용 앱을 사용해 본 경험이 있는 한국어 고급 학습자 30명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 한국어 말하기 학습용 앱의 내적 구성 요소들과 한국어 말하기 학습에 대한 학습자 요구 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 학습자들은 모바일 기반 학습이 가진 특징을 긍정적으로 인식하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었고 학습자들이 말하기 학습에서 중요하게 생각하는 요소들이 앱으로 구현 가능한 항목들이라는 것도 알 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 고급 학습자들은 피드백을 중요시하고 한국어 모어 화자처럼 발화할 수 있도록 다양하고 풍부한 표현들을 알고 싶어 한다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석 결과를 종합하여 고급 한국어 말하기 학습용 앱의 내적 구성 설계 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 선행 연구들에서 미처 살펴보지 못했던 앱의 내적 구성 요소들에 대한 학습자 인식을 살펴봤다는 데 의의가 있으며 향후 고급 한국어 말하기 학습용 앱 개발의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the learner's perception of advanced Korean speaking learning apps and propose an internal composition plan for advanced Korean speaking learning apps. To this end, a survey was conducted on advanced Korean learners who have used Korean learning apps to analyze the internal components of the Korean speaking learning app and the learner's needs for Korean speaking learning. As a result of the analysis, it was found that learners positively perceived the characteristics of mobile-based learning. In addition, it was found that advanced learners value feedback and want to know a variety of rich expressions so that they can speak like native Korean speakers. In this study, by synthesizing the results of this analysis, a plan for designing the internal composition of an advanced Korean speaking learning app was suggested. This study is meaningful in that it has examined learner perceptions of the internal components of the app that have not been examined in previous studies, and is expected to be used as basic data for the development of advanced Korean speaking learning apps in the future.
