냉소적 이성과 권력의 거리, 이청준 후기 소설연구 - ≪신화를 삼킨 섬≫을 중심으로 = Distance of Cynical reason and Power

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research article compared Lee Chung-Jun ＜The island that swallowed the legend＞ with the former novel and discussed its logic, framework, and political significance. In Scene 2, its frame of the agent and role was analyzed, and in Scene 3, each item's meaning in the frame was compared and analyzed.
The theme of the novel in the former period Lee Chung Jun had sought after was ‘the criticism for the oppression system, based on reason’ The system of oppression was influenced, and it was the each intellectual who confronts with the system. For this reason, the main subject was the problem of ‘statement(speaking)’ or ‘freedom.’
However, after the 80's in the latter novel, a spot where the oppression influenced on was the ‘the masses,’ and the previous axis of oppression, reason was disappeared. Also, 1)the reasonal behavior as a desire for power, 2)the masses as ‘a victim by destiny,’ 3)power as an inhumane order itself were regarded in the same light.
From this study, the main ideological ground of Lee Chung Jun is regarded as ‘an attitude of keeping a distance from the reality in the light of cynical critique of reason’ using the concepts of Slavoj Zizek and Peter Sloterdijk.
