企業福祉의 本質과 機能에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Essence and Role of Business Welfare

Business development depends generally upon the elevation of efficiency by the improvement of technical innovations, working methods, production methods, and management systems. According to this ways, the workers injure their health and they are alienated from humanity.
These problems ar dissolved to a certain extent due to the improvement of working conditions. And business welfare which manager gives the non-ecnomic assistances or services to workers get more effectivelly solved their frustrations and various troubles between labour and management.
Business welfare is not only an effective way of solving workers' frustrations and or troubles on their life, but affects theri morale for the business growth. therefore business welfare is a kind of aid policy for workers' welfare in going concern.
This business welfare is a very important problem for the recovery of lost humanity in the industrial society which pursue the environmental values and human values. Business welfare, therfo, must be effectivelly promote itself to fill up workers' quality of working life from a view point of the recovery and understanding of humanity.
It will bring about the healthiness of workers' mind and body, the improvement of their economic status. And it will secure the necessary quantities of labour, takes a favorable term in relations between capital and labour. Consequetly it will increase the functions of management in the whole field of business.
