도덕적 창의성 신장을 위한 도덕교육 = Moral Education for Cultivating Moral Creativity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 글은 도덕적 창의성의 도덕교육적 의미를 탐색한 것이다. 도덕적 창의성이란 도덕적 영역에서 새롭고 가치 있는 산출물을 발견하거나 만들어내는 것을 의미하며, 도덕적으로 불확실하고 긴박한 문제 상황에서 잘 발휘된다. 그리고 도덕적 창의성은 선례들이 거의 없거나 논의의 여지가 많을 때 나타나는 경향이 있다. 그래서 우리가 도덕적 창의성을 도덕과에서 가르치고자 한다면, 일차적으로 도덕적 창의성의 의미를 명확히 밝힌 연후에 그 구성 요소들이 담긴 갈등적이고 논쟁적 사례를 적극 활용할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 글에서는 도덕적 창의성의 개념을 윤리학적, 심리학적 측면에서 탐색한다. 도덕적 창의성이 도덕적 전문지식, 창의적 사고기술, 도덕적 동기화로 구성되어 있으며, 합당성 및 실천적 지혜의 함양뿐만 아니라 창의적인 문제의 해결에 필요한 정서·실천 능력의 함양과도 밀접한 관련이 있음을 밝혔다. 그리고 도덕적 창의성 신장을 위한 도덕교육이 창의적인 도덕적 대안을 창출하고 도덕 규칙을 구성할 수 있는 능력 등을 길러주는 데 역점을 두어야 함을 제안한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper explores the meaning of moral creativity in moral education. Moral creativity consists in discovering or making new and morally valuable products in moral domains. And it tends to display in situations morally uncertain, indeterminate, abnormal and exigent, and where moral precedents are either lacking or contested. If we hope teach moral creativity in moral education subjects, we actively should use morally conflicting and controversial examples as teaching cases of moral creativity, after clearly discovering its meanings primarily. Thus this paper discussed moral creativity in a ethical and psychological aspects, and explored that moral creativity was constituted of moral expertise, creative thinking skill and moral motivation. And it disclosed that moral creativity was closely connected with cultivating a reasonableness and a practical wisdom, and the building a moral emotion and practical competence needed a creative solution about moral conflicts. And I suggested that moral creativity education directly focus on the creative competence making moral alternatives and constructing moral rules, and so forth.
