영유아 발달 진단 및 중재를 위한 반응성상호작용(RT) 중심 프로그램 적용 = The early childhood diagnosis and intervention based on the responsive interaction teaching (RT)

This study was to suggest the model of assessment and intervention programfor early childhood focused on parent-child responsive interaction. They wereintervened RT intervention once a week during three months. Participantsconsisted of 75 mother and child dyads, 58 of them were regularly developmentalchildren and 17 of them were developmental delayed young children. in range of15 to 76 months. To collect the data, parent-reported questionnaires were usedto assess the children's developmental functioning, parenting stress, and maternaldepression. And mother-child dyad were videotaped for approximately 10minutes during playing together to collect the data of parent-child interaction. Asresults, it was suggest a need to include variables of parent and parent-childinteraction the as well as developmental screening procedures in the diagnosisand assessment for young children. Because It would be contextual diagnosis andassessment of the effect on intervention programs based on parent-childresponsive interaction. And The results of RT intervention indicated that thematernal responsive behavior have an influence on promoting the children's pivotaldevelopmental behaviors and also RT intervention declined significantly on theparenting stress and parenting efficacy. In this study, it is significant that there isa recognition of the importance of development in children and parents, and thensuggestions for the practical diagnostic and intervention model.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 반응성 상호작용 중심 영유아발달 진단 및 중재를 적용하고 영유아, 부모,및 부모-자녀 간 상호작용의 영향력 관계와 효과성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구 대상은 영유아 75명과 그 어머니들이다. 이중 17명은 발달지체 영유아이고 58명은 정상발달영유아이다. 연구절차는 먼저 영유아발달, 부모의 심리적 특성, 그리고 부모-자녀 간 상호작용의 세 차원에서 각 변인을 진단평가하는 영유아발달 3D진단을 실시하였다. 그리고연구대상자 중 발달지체 영유아 17명에 대해 주 1회 씩 40분 간 3개월에 거쳐 반응성상호작용(RT) 중재를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 RT중재 전-후에 걸쳐 부모-보고 질문지와 비디오 관찰법으로 이루어졌다. 먼저 반응성 상호작용 중심 영유아발달 3D진단을통해 어머니의 양육효능감, 어머니의 반응성 상호작용, 영유아의 중심축 행동, 및 영유아발달 간의 영향력 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 어머니의 양육효능감은 영유아의 중심축행동 발달에 영향력이 있으며 어머니의 반응성 상호작용이 매개하여 영유아의 중심축행동은 궁극적으로 영유아발달에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 발달지체 영유아 17명에 대해 3개월 간의 RT중재를 실시한 결과, 중재 전-후에 걸쳐 RT중재 프로그램은어머니의 반응성 상호작용행동과 영유아의 중심축 발달행동을 효과적으로 증가시켰으며,어머니의 양육효능감과 양육스트레스는 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 본 연구에서는 영유아 발달에 있어 일상에서 부모의 반응성 상호작용의 중요성을 인식하고 진단을 통해 부모의중요성을 검증하고, 실제적인 중재 프로그램을 제언하였다는데 의미가 있다.
