녹색건축 인증제도의 생태환경분야 인증기준 개선에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Green building certification system of Korea, which called G-SEED, deals with 7 total specialized fields. Among the fields, the score portion of the ecological environment is low and there have been some buildings that did not make any score in this area. Thus this study suggests the way to improve the certification standards for ecological environment by the cases of certificated building. As a result of analyzing the obtained score of ecological environment and Biotops Area Ratio by use district of Building Act, the buildings which is located in comme`rcial district is poor for creating ecological environment. Therefore this study proposed the new certification standards and the designated critical criteria in Biotops Area Ratio as if the certification standards for ecological environment were revised.
