주말농장 경관가치의 암묵가격 추정 = Estimation of Hedonic Price on a Weekend Farm Amenity - Focusing on weekend farm in Daegu -

By retiring the baby boom generation into high gear, the necessity of the social program about it has been arisen. In keeping with this social atmosphere, the baby boom generation that have already retired or will retire soon are focusing on the weekend farm. A weekend farm which has been focused on recently poses a new paradigm of agriculture as farmers in person plant seeds and harvest throughout the year and the farm rents a vegetable garden charging a fixed price. A weekend farm in the city have various functions. Earlier studies explain and assort urban agriculture’s functions like a weekend farm into social, cultural, physical, environmental, economical functions. In the midst of these functions, the utility of the esthetic amenity to human being is indeed enormous. This thesis confirmed the economic value about the weekend farm which has characteristics of environment goods and non-market goods by estimating the amenity of a weekend farm through hedonic price method. As a result, the average rental value possesses the sight value whose marginal implicit price is approximately 4,685won that accounts for 8 percent of the price. And the users of the weekend farm may regard the land value as marginal implicit price. This study’s result explain about how the weekend farm’s esthetic amenity can effect rental fee and it will help to explain the importance of a weekend farm amenity.
