This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of yeast culture supplementation as feed additive on the performance of lactating dairy cows. Fourteen lactating dairy cows, weighing body weight approximately 577kg and average daily milk yield 16.4kg, were allocated two groups seven head of each. The feeding level of yeast culture was 100g per head per day. The daily milk yield was increased by 7.32% (p<.05) for the group which received yeast culture than control group. The fat content in milk was significantly higher (6.40%) for the group which received yeast culture than control group (p<.05). The 4% fat collected milk yield was increased by 10.74% (p<.05) for the group which received yeast culture than control group.
