대학 수업만족도 측정도구의 개발과 타당화 = A Measurement and Validation of the Student Satisfaction with Teaching of University in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to measure and validate the Satisfaction-Level with Teaching of university in Korea. The main focus is to examine its validity and reliability. Five subcomponents of teaching satisfaction were identified based on the results of literature review, which are relationship to others, professional teaching performance, structured teaching design, motivation, and assessment ability. 25 items that represented the five subcomponents were developed based on reviewing the result of literature and analysing students/advisors interview. Factor analysis confirmed the five factors with 20 items
In order to examine the construct validity of the pilot-test, confirmatory factor analysis was performed. The developed measurement tool shows high internal consistency reliability. Thus, the Satisfaction-Level Test Tool of Teaching has high validity and reliability so that it can be used to measure satisfaction level for university students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 대학교육의 고객이라 할 수 있는 학생들의 입장에서 교수가 대학수업 중에 제공하는 수업의 질에 대해 학생이 얼마나 만족하는지를 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하고 타당화 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학수업 관련 선행연구 분석과 이론적 개관을 토대로 가설연역적으로 도출된 수업만족도의 이론적 구인에 기초하여 수업만족도 측정 문항을 개발하였다.
이와 같이 제작된 측정도구가 어느 정도 타당한지를 확인하기 위해 첫째로 관련 전문가와 대학생들로부터 내용타당도를 검토하도록 하고, 둘째로 구인타당도를 알아보기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 셋째로 변별타당도를 분석하기 위해 남녀별, 학년별, 전공영역별로 집단간 차이 검증을 실시하였다.
연구의 결과, 수업만족도 평가도구의 구인은 이론적으로 도출된 구인이 타당한 것으로 확인되었으며, 변별타당도는 매우 양호한 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 개발된 측정도구의 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, 문항내적 일관성 신뢰도인 Cronbach 알파가 .90 이상으로 나타나, 이 연구에서 개발된 수업만족도 측정도구는 매우 양호한 것으로 판단되었다.
