This study is designed to develop an internet-based intensive program for media language education. The program provides a classroom lesson model for creating internet newspapers with the emphasis on promoting learners` creative use of language. The study provides educational rationales for using internet newspapers in Korean language classes in teaching speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and literature. In addition, for making of internet newspaper lessons, the study expands Renzulli`s Enrichment Triad Model into seven stages: interest analysis, scheduling, leader assignment, leader orientation, small group registration, exploring activity, and encouragement for success. Furthermore, this lessons were given to 144 students in Korea Science Academy. The result as follows : the use of internet technology motivated the students and sparked their interest so that they were engaged in learning. The lessons were also useful for enhancing students` learning abilities in the following areas: critical thinking, creativity, ICT, research aptitude, self-motivation, cooperation, problem-solving, learning attitudes and self-expression.
