코칭기법을 활용한 아동 서번트 리더십 증진을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발 = Development of a Group Counseling Program Using Coaching Skills for Children to Enhance Their Servant Leadership

The purpose of the study is to develop a group counseling program based on coaching skills that children can enhance their servant leadership. This study carried out a comparative analysis for the development characteristics of child ages and the existing children leadership programs by reviewing literatures related to single parents. On the basis of the findings from the literature survey, the subfactors that constructs the child servant leaderships were selected and then a group counselling program was developed by forming various program contents and methods. The results of the study can be summarized: Firstly, this program can enhance child servant leaderships by picking up subfactors that consists of respect for man`s dignity, backing-up child growth, community build-up, truthfullness, showing leaderships, and sharing leaderships. Secondly, in order for strengthening child servant leaderships. the program was employing various coaching skills, such as contexual listening, discovery questioning, messaging, and acknowledging & celebrating. Finally, this program has a total of eight sessions which runs for 2 hours for eight weeks.
