AHP를 이용한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 체크리스트의 가중치 개발 : 라이선싱을 중심으로 = Weight Development of Checklist for the Evaluation of International Technology Transfer using AHP : With an Emphasis on the Licensing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 AHP를 이용하여 라이선싱을 통한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 체크리스트의 가중치가 개발되었다. 연구에 활용된 체크리스트는 총 6개의 평가기준과 총 22개의 하위 평가항목을 포함하고 있다. 특히, 체크리스트에 포함된 6개의 평가기준은 현지국 시장요인, 현지국 환경요인, 본국의 규제, 기술취득기업의 경영능력, 이전기술의 유용성 및 기술제공기업과 기술취득기업 간의 협력 등이다. 대구지역 자동차 부품산업의 관점에서 체크리스트의 AHP 가중치를 개발하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 학계의 전문가와 산업계의 실무책임자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증적 분석의 결과는 체크리스트에 표시된 총 6개의 평가기준에 대한 가중치, 그리고 총 22개의 하위 평가항목에 대한 가중치이다. 또한 본 연구에서는 개발된 AHP 가중치에 기초하여 라이선싱을 통한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 관리적 적용 방법을 사례로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 라이선싱을 통한 국제기술이전의 평가를 위한 체크리스트의 가중치를 기술제공기업의 관점에서만 개발하였다. 그러나 성공적인 국제기술이전에 대한 평가를 하기 위해서는 기술취득기업의 관점도 중요하게 고려되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 기술취득기업의 관점에서의 라이선싱을 통한 국제기술이전에 대한 체크리스트와 가중치의 개발은 향후 연구과제로 남겨두기로 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study was developed weight of checklist for the evaluation of international technology transfer through licensing using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). In terms of AHP, the checklist for the assessment of international technology transfer through licensing consists of 6 criteria at first level and 22 items at second level. Especially, six criteria are as follows: market factor in host country, environmental factor in host country, regulations in home country, managing ability of licensee, utility of transfer technology, and cooperation between licensor and licensee. Empirical survey was performed to develop weight of checklist, especially in Daegu. Respondents are university professors, and company directors who work in the international business department or research and development (R&D) department. Results are weight of 6 criteria and 22 items which listed in the checklist. In this article was provided also an example of managerial application for evaluation of international technology transfer through licensing. This study had developed weight of checklist based on the only licensor's point of view to assess international technology transfer through licensing. But special regard will be paid to the licensee for successful evaluation of international technology transfer.
