한국 표준 지불 SAM 시험인증 = Test and Assurance the Quality of Korea Standard PSAM

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is the test and assurance the quality of the Specifications of Purchase SAM on Terminal of Contactless 1C Card for Electronic Money standardized as KS X 6923. PSAM is of a fundamental and very important infrastructure used in a various e-Money at domestic and international. In a developments point of view, the test and assurance the quality of PSAM satisfies the objective evaluation and certificate about the implemented product. In the customer point of view, it satisfies the validity and security.
It is selected for the basis and the standard item to test and assure the quality of the protocol, security, and speed of the mandatory function, which is purchase, repurchase, and cancellation, And, the critical pass criteria is proposed for the standard item to pass the evaluation.
As a result, the test and assurance method of PSAM can evaluate an 1C developer him/herself, or a professional institute trusted at 3 party. This method can be useful at Korea High Way Co, Seoul Metropolitan T-money, Korea Rail Road KDC Aisa IC Card Forum SR card in a Korea and a whole Asia country.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 KS X 6923으로 제정된 비접촉식 전자화폐 단말기용 지불 보안응용모듈(SAM) 규격에 대한 시험인중을 제안했다. 국내외적으로 다양한 전자화폐에서 사용하는 PSAM은 기본적이고 필수적인 매우 중요한 인프라이다. PSAM의 시험인증은 개발자 측면에서는 개발제품에 대한 객관적인 평가 및 인증을 만족시키고, 사용자 측면에서는 신뢰성과 안전성 요구를 만족시킨다.
본 논문에서는 KS X 6923의 필수 부분인 거래, 재거래, 그리고 직전거래의 기능 시험인증, 보안 시험인증, 속도 시험인증을 위한 시험인증 기준과 시험인증 표준항목을 선정하고, 선정된 시험인증항목의 합격 수준을 결정하기 위한 기준을 제시하였다
본 논문에서 제안한 시험인증은 1C 카드 개발 업자가 직접 테스트할 수 있거나, 신뢰할 수 있는 전문 기관에서 사용할 수 있는 시험인증 방법이다. 본 시험인증은 한국도로공사, 서울시 T-money, 한국도시철도공사 KTX, 아시아 IC 카드 포럼 SR 카드 등 한국 및 아시아 전역에서 사용되어질 수 있다.
