FTA 관련 조경법제도 고찰 = The Review of Landscape Architectural Law and Regulation Relating to FTA

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 해외 각국과 체결되고 있는 FTA(Free Trade Agreement，자유무역협정)와 관련된 법률적 근거와 이와 관련된 국내의 조경분야의 법제도적 규정을 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 엔지니어링기술의 국제협력 및 해외시장 진출 현황，외국인 기술인력의 인정 규정，FTA 대비 건설사업관리(CM) 강화，환경보전 국제협력 및 FTA 대비 기술사 제도 정비 등에 관한 법제도적 관점을 검토하였으며，향후 FTA 수용을 위한 보다 세부적인 조경분야 법제도의 연구가 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to inquire the legal bases and the domestic landscape architectural regulations relating to FTA(Free Trade Agreement) which was concluded with some foreign countries recently. Main emphasis was given to examine the legal status of the international cooperation and overseas market environment of the engineering techniques，approval regulation on foreign technical manpower，CM(Construction Management) intensification preparing for FTA，the international cooperation of the environmental conservation and the improvement of the system about a professional engineer from a legal point of view. From these reviews，it is required that specific architectural regulations should be studied to accept FTA.
