아동, 청소년 복지 서비스 조직간 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 = A study on the factors affecting the collaboration among social service organizations

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study investigates the factors affecting the collaboration among social service organizations for children and youth in Korea. The research focuses the individual, organizational, environmental, and managerial factors. The major finding is that the number of services, the organizational function of counseling, the personal tie, the contract, and the formal and informal meeting affect the collaboration among social service organizations. This study emphasizes role of collaboration coordinating and supporting individual external training and activity. It suggests that organizations make an effort to initiate policies and programs for collabortion agreement, formal and informal meeting, and activity for inter organizational intimacy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 우리나라 아동·청소년복지 서비스 조직간 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 실천대안을 모색하고자 하는 목적을 지닌다. 개인요인, 조직기능 및 구조요인, 환경요인, 협력관리요인이 클라이언트 의뢰와 프로그램 교환에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 조사 분석 결과, 서비스 수, 조직의 상담기능, 인맥, 계약, 공식·비공식 만남이 조직간 협력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 현재 청소년복지서비스체계 구축을 위한 연계조정의 역할 강화, 조직 실무자 개인의 외부교육과 대외활동 지원을 강조하였다. 그리고 협력 협약식, 관리자 및 실무자 공식 간담회, 비공식 만남과 친분도모활동을 조직의 정책으로 제도화할 것을 제안하였다.
