There are many rental apartments in Dong-sam 3 Dong.
The people who live in the apartment have very low consciousness of permanent
residence and their life environment is very poor due to less spacious apartment.
They are depressed, feel alienated, have inferiority complex and low Local patriotism.
They also think this area is behind and gloomy.
In addition, vulnerable infrastructures for living make petty image of the area and less
influx of the population and the area is getting slummier.
For those factors, this basic design has the purposes as below.
① Making bright and clean town for wellbeing
② Developing programs inducing residents' participation
③ Building network for inhabitants' harmony
④ Driving forward unique model town business
⑤ Making 7 Happy Sang-ri town with hope and pleasure
⑥ Builing a village people wish to live
In conclusion, the significance of this business of model town people wish to live is
making up a healthy and energetic environment which can improve the poor image of
Dong-sam 3 Dong.
