      The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is any difference due to the background variables of adult learners, such as gender, age, education, and profession in their creative leadership and creativity. Also, in order to examine the correlation between the creative leadership and creativity of adult learners, self-reporting type questionnaires and shapes were used to measure their creativity.
      The study showed that, the explanatory factors of creative leadership, that is, the problem-solving leadership, personal leadership, and social leadership appeared to have significant differences due to gender. There was significant difference due to background factors, age, education, and profession in problem-solving leadership, personal leadership. Younger people are higher in the creativity of the using shape tests than older people. But there was no significant difference discovered in the experiment where the creativity of the subjects was measured using shape tests due to gender, education, and profession. Lastly, there were no significant correlation between the creative leadership and shape creativity due to background factors of adult learners. Based on the findings in this study, it was revealed that, among the creative leadership elements of adult learners due to the background factors, there were no differences in the social leadership and shape creativity. This means the creative leadership and shape creativity can be shown freely without being bound by the education and environmental background. For further extension of this study, we suggest a follow-up study where an educational model is developed in order to facility the connection between the creative leadership and creativity so that the potential of an adult learner can be realized through education.
