임상적 즉흥연주에서 음악치료사가 경험하는 몰입에 대한 합의적 질적연구 = Consensual Qualitative Research on Music Therapists’ Flow Experiences in Clinical Improvisation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to explore the experiences of music therapist’s musical flow in clinical improvisation. The intervention is clinical improvisation, and in-depth interviews were conducted to eight music therapists who have extensive experience in musical flow. The data was analyzed with consensual qualitative method. There were 6 themes and 23 categories as a result including; ‘factors that promote musical flow’, ‘experiencing the moment of non-musical flow’, ‘musical experience of musical flow’, ‘growth of therapist’s musical flow’, ‘changes of client due to musical flow’, and ‘effort of therapist to enable musical flow’. The result of this study offers in-depth details on how the therapist’s experience of musical flow leads to professional growth of the therapist and changes in the client. It also provides the needs and practical methods to enable musical flow.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 음악치료사의 임상적 즉흥연주에서의 음악적 몰입에 관한 경험을 질적으로 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 현재 임상적 즉흥연주를 중재 기법으로 사용하며, 음악적 몰입경험이 풍부한 음악치료사 8명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하고, 이를 합의적 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, ‘음악적 몰입을 촉진하는 요소’, ‘음악적 몰입 순간의 비음악적 경험’, ‘음악적 몰입 순간의 음악 경험’, ‘음악적 몰입을 통한 치료사의 성장’, ‘음악적 몰입을 통한 내담자의 변화’, 그리고 ‘음악적 몰입 촉진을 위한 치료사의 노력’ 등 6개의 영역과 이에 속하는 23개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 치료사 개인의 음악적 몰입경험이 치료사의 전문가적 성장과 내담자의 변화로 발전하는 맥락에 대한 심층적인 정보를 제공하며 치료사의 음악적 몰입 촉진 노력의 필요성과 구체적인 방법에 대한 실질적인 지침을 제시한다.
