After the business of 1998 constitutional court and up to now, our constitutional court has done many activities. Such as the improvement of law ceremony of people, establishing the social justice, and even the solution to the political problem through the decision which is right and appropriate.
Only, in case of political question, our Constitutional Court usually takes its stand on judicial restraint or passivism, and it is true that Constitutional Court which is also an authoritative interpretation organization has been criticized because of its judgment tendency.
Furthermore, after impeachment of president that has never been proposed in our constitutional history has been received, people's concern about Constitutional Court is increasing.
At this point of view, to analyze the propensity of the constitutional court judge is in order to make a statement on activity of constitutional court. Which is to aim a kind of constitution practice by the various groups. For instance, the political party, profit group, and the civil society and so on.
